In addition to her classroom teaching, Victoria offers dynamic and engaging one-on-one tutoring for IB Biology, available both online and in-person. She tailors each session to the individual student, first identifying their unique strengths and areas for improvement. Victoria then uses customized techniques to systematically build their understanding. A key focus of her tutoring sessions is on enhancing exam skills and memory techniques to help students maximize their potential and achieve success.
I have over 16 years of teaching experience in international curricula, including 12 years in IBDP. I’ve taught Biology, ESS, and TOK in six different countries across Asia and Europe. My teaching philosophy is to connect with students by bringing real-life and live examples of the natural world into my lessons. This approach helps students deeply grasp and retain concepts, enabling them to excel in their IBDP exams. In addition to teaching, I have also served in various leadership roles such as Head of Science, TOK Coordinator, EE Coordinator, Academic Director, and Curriculum Coordinator for Science. I also contributed to the Curriculum Review for the IBDP Biology 2023.
