  • For Student & Client Services: This includes names, contact information, payment details, learning needs, and academic progress. We collect this to facilitate sessions, manage payments, and ensure effective service delivery.
  • For Tutors & Staff: This includes personal details, educational and employment history, and criminal background checks (like a Criminal Records Check or Vulnerable Sector Check as required by clients). We collect this to verify qualifications and ensure client safety.
  • For Marketing and Communications: With your explicit consent, we may collect names, contact details, and marketing preferences to send you updates about our services. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

3. Data Sharing and International Transfers

We may share your information with our service providers, such as Google Cloud, for data storage and analytics. When doing so, we ensure that these third parties have robust privacy and security measures in place. We may also share information with parents, regulatory authorities, or other legally entitled organizations as required.

It’s important to note that your data may be transferred, stored, and processed outside of Canada. By using our services, you consent to the storage and transfer of your personal information in accordance with our policy.
