Plan and lead all CAS and community service initiatives for students, ensuring they align with the IB framework and provide meaningful learning experiences. • Develop a diverse CAS program by establishing partnerships with local organizations and working closely with CAS supervisors to maintain quality and student engagement. • Oversee the completion and documentation of CAS requirements, ensuring timely submission and reflection from all students as per IB expectations. • Promote the value of CAS within the school community and collaborate with teachers and administrators to integrate CAS into the broader learning experience. • Teach Business Management to IBDP students (DP1 and DP2) by designing and delivering engaging, inquiry-based lessons that support varied learning needs and styles.
