Can I change my tutor if I’m not satisfied?

Yes, you can request to change your tutor at any time. We want to ensure you have the best learning experience, so just contact us and we’ll arrange a new tutor who better fits your needs.

What happens if I get sick and can’t attend a lesson?

You can reschedule your lesson if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This ensures you don’t miss out and can continue learning without losing your session.

Can I switch lessons to a different subject if I change my mind?

Absolutely! You can switch your lessons to another IB subject. Just let us know in advance so we can assign the appropriate tutor and adjust your schedule accordingly.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue lessons?

No, we do not offer refunds for completed or booked lessons. However, you can reschedule lessons if needed. Also you can switch to another subject or even give them to a friend.
